2 Day Leadership Symposium
This program is designed for all individuals who are
assuming leadership roles within their company, or as
volunteers for their REALTOR® association. The content
of the Leadership Symposium is designed to provide participants
with an awareness of the universal principles of leadership
along with opportunities to apply their skills in small group
exercises.
Many people come to their leadership positions with a
sophisticated understanding of the real estate business,
and highly developed skills as a practicing, licensed professional.
In their role as leaders however, their value to their company or
REALTOR® organization comes from their ability to lead others
to maximize opportunities.
The Leadership Symposium provides a clear and straightforward
summary of the essential information needed for leaders to perform
effectively in this complex and challenging role. These programs
provide an easily accessible resource for leaders who have never
received leadership training, as well as an outstanding refresher
for those with previous leadership training.
